This grant will allow for the integration of wrist-based heart rate monitors to provide individualized and inclusive physical education experience for all students. With heart rate zones specific to each student and the ability to create and work towards their own goals, students will experience a challenging and individualized environment tailored to their unique abilities. By empowering students to take ownership of their own health and wellness, they will develop a deeper understanding of their own fitness levels and be motivated to achieve better outcomes.
